Our Programs

 

We proudly offer a suite of group classes and private instruction designed to work the whole body for both cardio and strength training. Classes are uniquely designed to accommodate beginners to advanced athletes side-by-side in our air conditioned, spring-mat facility. We utilize aspects from MMA, yoga, HIIT, and strength training that are constantly updated and reconfigured so no workout is the same as the last. This constant evolution keeps the body from becoming “used to” the same workout, and keeps the mind from getting bored, and we have had great success with our clients with it. Combine classes with our nutrition and personal training and you’ll feel the difference quickly!
